The only reason I continue to use it is bc I have it and it dries in five minutes. For me, it chips after a day or two and starts to peel even worse a few days later.

Also, don’t leave it on your toes too long as it literally starts to eat away at the top nail layer. Very damaging!

Overall, thumbs down. 👎

Sorry to hear this! My nail salon charges the same price as a gel mani and said it will stay for 2 weeks. I haven't tried it yet as I was skeptical.

I really like it. Normal polish chips within 1 day on me, but Dazzle Dry usually lasts at least 5 days with only slight edge wear.

You have to use the whole system and follow the steps.

They sell mini kits, so that would be a good way to test at home.

I’ve had it done professionally as well and same result, does not last very long. Could be something about my nails as gel manicures lift on me after around five days.

The nail salon I go to on the east coast uses it and I really like it. You get a very shiny finish as with gel but, the acetone removal is so much easier. I also like that it's fast drying in the air, no need for lights to cure it. I can get 2 weeks with a pail neutral when growth isn't very evident. With a bright, I get it changed when the new growth tells me it's time.

It was harder to find near to my home on the west coast, so I bought a kit and had my salon there use it. Five days out and my only complain is that I wish they had taken more care and not gotten to close to the cuticle at the base of the nail.

My manicurist recommended it after another client started using it. I like it a lot, it does last longer on me than regular nail polish (I stopped doing gel a couple of years ago). Also, my nails chip/break less and are stronger, or at least they feel that way. I bring my own supplies and she does it for me. I started out with a mini kit on Amazon and then a bunch of mini colors to try. Eventually, I bought the full size base and top coats plus a few colors I really love. There are a couple of salons not too far away that do it, but I prefer going to my regular manicurist and just buying the supplies myself.

ETA: I don't use it on my toes as my manicurist does such a great job that her regular pedicures last a good month anyway.

I don't usually use it on my toes either for the same reason though I fell hard for the powdery blue last summer and HAD to have it on my toes!

I did use it once on my toes too because of how much I loved the color, but then my manicurist just started finding very similar shades to match my nails. The salon has a lot of brands and colors. I'm doubly glad for dazzle dry, because sometimes there were too many similar shades of polish to choose from, lol

When I lived on the West Coast my salon used Dazzle Dry and I loved the colors and how long the polish looked great on my toes. Never chipped. Since moving I can’t find a local salon that uses it 😩

Have you tried using the Spa Locator on their website?

Yes the closest salon is about 1/2 hour away but got mixed reviews 😢. One with good reviews is about 45 minutes away.

The ones I could find near me on the west coast were 45 minutes and a hour away. The closer one in a downtown location which means $$$ parking on top of the cost of the manicure. The slightly further one was, well, an hour away. Both options seemed a little much for a manicure. In your shoes, @luvprada, I might be willing to give the one a half hour away a chance and make up my own mind if they were what you wanted, especially if those reviews were on Yelp.
