Daytona owners: how tall are you?

Well I don't own a Daytona, not yet. But I was always fascinated by it and the other day I finally had a chance to try it on. I am 5'3 and it looked quite big on me. Dear husband didnt really like how it looked on me because, he says, it's too big and manly. I had a feeling that even the shop person didn't think it looked good on me.
I'm used to seeing it on celebrities and model who are much taller than I am. So I am just wondering, all the daytona owners here, is anyone similar to my height and still be able to pull it off? Thanks

I've seen the Daytona on alot of women and I thought that it looked wonderful.
When I tried one on myself, I thought it looked too big but I bet that would have changed after afew days.
I think it's what you are used to.

I don't own one (oh how I wish!). But I tried out the white gold one before and it is gorgeous! I'm 5'1" at the most, wears Gap kids and even size 00P at Ann Taylor Loft is too big on me. So yah, I'm tiny...but I still want a Daytona!

156cm or 5 ft 1.5 in. am a uk size 4! i haven't look back since i bought my daytona! and i feel odd wearing anythng smaller than a 40cm dial now! aiming for the submariner now and this one looks even bigger because of the protruding bezel even though both are 40cm dials. have a look in the Celebrity Style Thread - Miroslava Duma, she wears her full gold daytona quite often!
