Hi there,

DH bought me these earrings bc I lost one of my large diamond hoop earrings last winter. So this would be my everyday staple hoop earrings when I do not wear my diamond studs.

What do you all think? I know they are small but I think they are unique looking...

Thoughts? Should I keep these or get something blingier/bigger?

These are the earrings on the saks website: http://www.saksfifthavenue.com/main...der_id=282574488338533&bmUID=iN1683_&ev19=1:3

They're a great size for every day, but if you have the budget for something more sparkly, and are not opposed to more - definitely go for it. :graucho:

We do, but I guess I like these bc of the DY signature look (rope/chain). I have a few pieces of his that I will wear with them.

How sparkly are these? For me, the crossover ring wasn't worth it because it seemed a little dull and for the price...I could get so much more elsewhere. If you truly love these and they sparkle, then go for it!

They are not as sparkly as I would like but that's not the real issue since I have diamond studs that I also wear. The sterling silver is a little overbearing but again I like the rope/chain look so it doesn't bother me. Also, I should note that I got these on overstock for a steal-like half the price of what they are on the saks website. The total carat weight is .34.

I have these, but in the larger version. I cant say I wear them all the time but I like to change up my earrings every day. I usually only wear them when I am wearing my other Yurman pieces. They look nice on you. Good luck deciding,

Thanks! I love the large ones but those are a little out of my price range. I love your DY collection!!!

I think they are pretty and classy in an understated way and great everyday earrings.

However, if you're having second thoughts, then maybe you should put that money towards something more sparkly. I'm a little torn on DY jewelry because I love the designs but for the same price you can get much nicer diamonds in gold. On the other hand, I like how the styling of these is very distinctively DY and would match your other everyday jewelry (and you got them for a great price).. sorry, I feel like I've been no help at all!

I think they look great. I am a little biased since I love DY. Wow- I didn't know that overstock carries dy pieces. For me I tend to wear smaller every day earrings for comfort purposes and larger ones for special occasions, so I think this looks like a nice size for every day.
