I bought a David Yurman bracelet secondhand and when I received it I noticed it had a big hole/crack - does anyone know if this is normal for DY jewelry to have some manufacturing defects like that? Or is DY jewelry is supposed to be top quality without holes/lumps?

I'm kind of wondering if this points to it being fake. Pics attached! Thank you

Pretty sure that’s damage from the previous owner. Since the links are hollow, if you hit something against them with enough force you’re bound to crack them.

^Agree it looks like damage. If the seller didn’t mention it, you should be entitled to a refund. I don’t know much about Yurman but would it be possible to have the damaged link replaced?
