I am about the take the plunge and buy my first ever Louis Vuitton! I have loved the Tivoli PM since it was released and I have decided to start my collection with that!
Unfortunately I can't afford a new one but have saved enough to get a great pre-'loved' bag. Before I buy, I want to make sure I am educated on it. Which leads me to my big questions: DATECODE!
I have never understood the date coding on LVs. Is it a serial number or does each number/letter reference something? Or does each bag have the same "number"? Are there any special codes that scream fake?
