Date code DK2907 - Is this right?

I am looking at a large bucket tote on ebay that has apparently been re-lined. It has the date code DK2907. The receipt is shown and supposedly the repair occured this month. I'm just not sure about this DC. Can someone help?

Actually, the re-line receipt if from Hong Kong. Is this still okay? Thanks so much for your reply!
