I don't think I've heard anybody mention it on here. I haven't been on the website for a while so I've not seen it yet.Hi all! I’ve been away from PF and Coach for awhile but I’ve been intrigued by some of the recent bags I’ve seen on the website.
I’ve searched the forum for info on the Darla 32 bag but haven’t found anything. Does anyone have this bag or tried it at the store? Thoughts?
I saw it in the store but did not try it on because it was at Macy's and they have everything locked up. This is why I usually shop at the boutique. But I have to stop in this one when I'm in the area because they do carry everything that the boutique carries and I believe they are a boutique in store unlike some other Macy's (but they do chain up the bags). They do have lots of staff and I did have an SA on top of me who I could have asked but I was just looking around. Anyway, I was impressed by the bag. It was much nicer than it looked online. I assumed it cost a lot more because of the details on it. I was thinking it was in the $700+ range but it is not. It had these narrow rectangular metal pieces on the edges that made for a nice detail and I believe the interior was suede but I"m not positive. I was thinking maybe it wasn't more because it was so lightweight and it was just a big open space inside with maybe one pocket. An SA at Neiman's told me years ago that small bags with lots of compartments cost more. This one didn't lots of compartments. I liked it a lot. I kind of liked it more in black but that might be because I have a few gray bags already but they both are nice. Oh and I think the outside front pocket is suede.
I ordered greyThe leather is so soft and I love how substantial the hardware is. I have this and grey.
