Hello. I am new to Mulberry and am interested in the Daria Hobo. I saw one on ebay and it is in Oak. However, the Mulberry website doesn't have Oak and when I called the store to inquire between the Daria and the Mitzy, they informed me the Daria did not come in Oak. I guess my question really is this. Does anybody know if the Daria ever was made in Oak?

Thanks so much for any help.

I am no expert here but I don't believe that the Daria hobo was made in Oak. The Daria colors for both Hobo and satchel were black, mouse grey, cerise and burnt orange. I understand from the Mulberry ladies that Mulberry sometimes makes special colors/styles specifically for Mulberry Outlets which are located in York and Somerset, England.

Agree with the others, haven't heard about oak Daria. The Daria hobos you can buy in regular Mulberry stores are either cerise, burnt orange, black, mouse grey, rouge noir (patent) and emerald (patent). This is the colours for the A/W collection. For Spring I know it will come in ink blue and ivory. Possibly more, but that's the only one I've heard about.

Would have to be a special edition bag for the outlets then, but if the Mulberry store doesn't know about it, I doubt it?! Maybe the seller is mixing up the names? Could it be a Mabel or a Mitzy hobo (they come in oak). Put a link to the ebay auction on the 'Authenticate this' thread, then some of the lovely ladies there will help you!

Ladies, thanks so much for your replies. I didn't think they made it in oak. I even sent a message to the ebay seller asking and ever got a reply (I personally don't trust people who don't reply to questions on ebay). It was definitely the Daria because it had the gold emblem on the front. Question being - fake or outlet??? I am not going to take the chance though.

I live in the US and am rather new to Mulberry. I did get my first Bayswater but I bought it from the store on Madison Avenue in NYC.

I think I am going to become a Mulberry Addict :)

Again, thanks so much for replying :)

I agree that if the seller is not responding to your questions then that is not ideal. I would also be wary dealing with a seller who ignored questions. I hope you manage to find a bag you love soon. Hopefully it won't be hard as there are so many gorgeous Mulberry bags out there!

There are so many beautiful Mulberry bags...I would love to get the Mitzy Hobo and/or the Daria Hobo. I would love to get the Mitzy in the medium size but they don't sell it here in the States...only the larger size. I think I might need to make a trip to England :) I was also told by a Mulberry SA that they will be discontinuing the Roxanne in the States as it wasn't a big seller...however it sells great in England and they won't be discontinuing it. Do you think I should splurge at some point and also get the Roxanne?

I love the Roxanne. I do not own one but would love to get on a future point. I recently bought a pink one from a secondhand online boutique. Sadly it was damaged when it arrived so I returned it for a refund. I was really sad about it going! Roxy is a gorgeous style though. It is quite boxy but I could still carry it over my shoulder (it is not as comfortable as the Daria Hobo though).
