Damier Hampstead edge scrape - HELP!

I've noticed on my Hampstead edge on the base has been scraped a bit (I think by cement!). The top layer has slightly come off. Underneath is a slight white colour. Is there anything I do to prevent this scrape becoming worse? Ie. Nailpolish? If it helps, I can take a picture of it!

I assume this scratched the canvas? Unfortunately, there's nothing much you can do to prevent it from becoming worse - it won't peel so there's nothing much to worry about. All I can suggest is to be more cautious next time

Are you sure it isn't rub off from whatever you scraped? I should try a baby wipe to see and if it isn't, I would leave it alone.

Yes it's scratched canvas! Definitely not able to be rubbed off. I just scribbled over it with a black pen, makes the white colouring not as noticeable

I will definitely be much more careful than I already am!
