Damier Canvas

I heard that the newer Damier bags have a lipstick red alcantara lining now instead of the terracotta. Have any of you heard of this? Just curious and I'm also planning on getting the Saleya PM in the next couple of months. Any comments on this bag? Thanks!

I already have the Sac Plat in Damier with Alcantara lining and I've placed white shirts in there before for days and I haven't had any bleeding problems. It even rained one day and drops got into the bag.

No is not the same red as the MC collection. MC's are more dark/scarlet/dried blood red whereas the Damier is more "cheerful" lol. Anyhoo, the saleya is an awesome line, I love it

Would anyone know if this will be replaced on all the Damiers?

I'm looking to get a Damier Tango, and the Dublin store tends to have bags "for a while". When I got my Damier Pap, a few months back, the date code was for Jan 2005! I wasn't particularly bothered, as I won't be selling the bag at any time, but it will be an issue if the lining is being updated, then I'll need to wait to get one of the new bags.

Anyone know?

Is this the same red that is in the white mc speedy ?

I took a picture of the lining of both my MC Audra and Damier Duomo bags to compare the "reds" of both bags. Both bags have the Alcantra/Microfiber lining. The regular canvas lining is a little closer to the Duomo red but brighter because of it's fabric.
Both pics taken under different lighting.
