damier azur key pouch rubbing at corners

Hi! I have a key pouch in Azur and the bottom corners are rubbing off. Will LV replace the item for me? I have had it for a year.

Without seeing a picture I’m going to say I doubt it. That sounds to me like wear and tear.

Do you mean the canvas print is rubbing away? If so, no, LV won't replace it for you. That can happen unfortunately, particularly at the corners. As the above poster said, it's considered wear and tear.

There nothing you can do about it. It natural wear and tear. Not a quality issue.
