Damier Azur: Felicie, Favorite or PA?

I'm thinking of adding a DA to the family finally. For those with DAs that are used everyday/frequently, should I be worried? Ebene is very forgiving but I'm concerned that DA will lose colour easily or get colour transfer? I will be using whatever I get semi-daily.

As for what to get, I got hold of the Rose Clair bandouliere from the MPA and was hoping to team that with a DA item to start off with. I've seen some pairings of the bandouliere strap with Felicie and mini PA but any thoughts from personal experience. I have always worried that PA isn't really built for daily use whereas (if I can find them) Felicie and Favorite are better suited for daily use?

I have Felicie and PA in azur. Love them both. But use my PA more coz it fits more. Been using my PA often, under rotation with my PA mono and Nano Speedy. Still in very good condition. Its almost a year now. It has a bit of yellowing but i dont mind it. I buy bags to use. Love the look of the favorite but i dont like the flap. I prefer zippered bags.

I have the PA and love it for summer. Its spacious and I wear it crossbody with a strap for a casual look or on the shoulder for a dressier look! I’ve had it for about 8 years now and it looks great - just wipe it every other day and you’d be ok!

LVoe this too....it actually holds quite a bit and is so versatile !! Problem tho, nowadays it's virtually impossible to find....

I know, 8 years ago these were easier to grab haha! But if you manage to it holds up really well. Here’s a pic of mine with almost no wear and tear after all this use

So true, all the classics have tripled and quadrupled in price! I’m so glad now I managed to start my collection in the early days!

Thanks very much everyone. I think I was leaning towards PA and happily I found a '09 DA out of Japan which I think will go with the Rose Clair strap really nicely

Long, long time ago PAs were so common and I'm fairly sure they were about 600-700 AUD (550 USD)? I can't believe they are so hard to get hold of now.

I have never used any of them.

i have the pochette accessories in Damier ebene and I love that with my eva strap.

I would recommend the pochette accessories first..... before the price goes over $1000! It work as a clutch, catch all, wristlet, evening back and get a different strap for crossbody.

I have no color transfer on my Azurbut I don’t wear with dark colors.... especially redor dark jeans.

Thank you. I went with a secondhand PA in DA as it doesn't look like there will be any new ones for a long time! I want to use it as a crossbody so it make sense to have an easy access zipper rather than flaps.
