My new Verona has two boo boos. On each side on the bottom, on the brown leather piping I've managed to scuff the leather somehow. I can't, for the life of me, imagine how I did this. But the fact remains - the damage is there and I'd like to have it repaired. Do I send it back to LV or can I bring it to a shoe repair and have them use a leather polish. I don't know which way to go. Has anyone successfully, on their own, repair the missing color on the brown leather area? Thanks so much for any advice. I am so not happy about this. Here I thought the bag was indestructable -and here I am, having been what I thought was sooooo careful
