Has anyone ordered this bag and not had issues with the color? I have read on here that there seems to be issues with the color on the daily. I wanted to check before I placed my order. Thanks!!

I have it and the color looks even and I think the color issue was on the PR Preston if I'm correct. I used the Apple Conditioner and Apple Guard Spray on both, my Silt and PR.

If anything was to occur, I'm sure you could return/exchange. I agree, it's a great bag and easy to love ;)


It was the Preston Satchel that had color loss on the corners..

Why does the Preston satchel has cool gloss on the corner ?! I'm thinking about buying this purse.

I'm not sure!! I don't have that bag, but a couple of ladies in the Preston Satchel clubhouse mentioned it. I do have a PR bag and I have seen no color loss.

The color loss is mentioned on page 28 in the Preston satchel clubhouse.

I own the silt Daily Bag, and I have a sea mist one on the way. I have no color loss or issues with this bag. In fact, I love this bag so much I bought the second one- and I NEVER duplicate my bags! I think you will really be pleased with it.

I've had 2 of the Daily's in Pink Ruby now, the first one had black in 3 different spots on the back of the bag. It almost looked like glue but neither I nor the ladies at the store could get it off. I exchanged it and when I got my new one it has a black spot on it, also on the back but it's really small and not noticeable so I didn't bother exchanging again. I also have the Madison Cafe in Sea Mist and had to exchange it due to black spots on it, 3 others in the store had the same problem so I had to get one of those ordered as well. It seems like they're getting a little sloppy on quality control!

I'm sorry you've had such issues with the PR..I have this color and I've had no issues (luckily).

You'd think someone would see the discoloration, and not ship the items to the stores. Pink Ruby is a bright enough color that you'd see black spots.
