Hi. Hope you girlys can help.

I've been using gel polish for a few years now but I have the most awful removals. Now I have to admit I don't use cuticle oil or moisturise my hands. So my question is if I were to start moisturising and using cuticle oil daily would this help with the gel polish removal?

Are you using a gel system that requires you to buff the top layer off to remove the shine? If yes and you're not doing that that could be why removals are so tough.

You should be using critical oil on a daily basis when using a gel system or just in general for a healthy nail bed because it will keep the nailbed moisturized. I would highly recommend CND solar oil. Because it's formulated to penetrate.
