Customise small love pave with diamonds?

Does anyone have an idea whether it would be possible to have the small pave love customised with diamonds at the screws, just like it exists in the regular love.

I know Cartier doesn't offer one, but does anyone have an idea if they would be willing to customise it themselves or whether I would have to seek another place?

I'm busy deciding on a love and I love the all diamond look, but prefer the small one versus the regular one...

I do have - beside others - 2 sm Love pavés in RG and WG. When you change the screws to diamonds it would be no Love anymore. In such a case I would buy a diamond pavé bracelet somewhere else. Just no point to have a Cartier Love.

I like the second link best, though I think I prefer the placement of the pave diamonds on the Love and the screw system to lock it, as I do like the idea of wearing it 24/7.

I understand what you mean about it no longer being as recognisable as a Love, I was also debating the 10 diamond regular Love, but I believe I wouldn't be able to live with the unavoidable scratches.

Anyway, I'm still debating with myself. With Covid, I haven't even been able to try it in a boutique.
I'm also not a stacker (if that is even a word), so I'm looking for something that looks great on its own.
