I could use some good stories right now, but honestly the truth is always best.

I bought my first ever MK last night. When my husband and I got back to the place we are staying I unpacked the bag to move over to using it.

I had looked at the bag before buying and it seemed great but when we got back to where we are staying I found a lot of scratches on the hardwear. The decorative bag charm was backwards so I took it off to face forwards and found it had a patch of black on it. Those are all problems I could live with and chalk up to my excitement for the bag…

Then I went to connect the pouches to the inside snaps and found that one of the snaps is broken on one side.

So then I dug around for my receipt and realized I didn’t get one. I’m 3 hours from the shop and have another 12 hours to drive in the opposite direction.

I emailed customer service, but I was wondering how the customer service tends to be?
