Custom or Narrow Calf Boots

I am in search for a narrow calf (13-14" circumference), knee-high boot with a high-heel and after trying multiple designers without any luck, I think I may need to find a custom/made-to-order option. Does anyone have any recommendations either for a narrow calf boot that I can have the shaft cut down or a custom option? THANK YOU!

I can't measure mine right now, but these Dior boots fit like a GLOVE! (I have chicken legs lol)
I can wear them under slim leg jeans they fit so close.

I have entirely way too many Stuart Weitzmans OTK and regular boots for this reason as well, they fit nice and close, especially with knee high socks.
I have a pair of suede Prada knee boots that fit well too.

Chanel's tall boots tend to be too small in the calf for me (athletic calves from years of dance and exercise I suppose), but they might work nicely for you.

Not sure if it fits your aesthetic but YSL boots are well known to be quite narrow, and despite my love for their shoes, I can never fit into their knee high or thigh high boots.

Maybe give them a try? They tend to have a high heel though.

As someone mentioned YSL are notoriously narrow. Same with Louboutin and LeSilla might work for you.

I ordered a pair of Louboutins to try and plan to go into YSL and Neimans next week to try on more options. also tried the Tom ford boots but those were too big and sent them back. Will report back when I narrow it down🤗
