Custom bracelet size to match Cartier

Hi everyone, I tried to search but was unable to find a similar thread, so please move if needed. I wear a stack of bracelets, size 16 in JUC, 16 in clash, 17 in love etc. I am ordering a custom Hawaiian heirloom bracelet as my DH's family is from Hawaii and we spend a lot of time here.
The SA at Na Hoku thought a size 6.75 inch hinged bracelet would match up with my current stack, but I'm still a bit worried on sizing! Has anyone had the same issue with getting custom bracelets or know what size to get? Mahalo!

Hi there! I bougzt A Tiffany Atlas bracelet which exactly matched the Loves I already had but I would believe if the sizes do not match exactly it's not a big deal. Alternatively why not take off your bracelet and draw teh circumfences on a cardboard for your Na Hoku SA so she knows which size they have to create for you?

Thank you, that is a great idea!...I will have her do that as well. She said once the jeweler has it, he can follow the size and the "traced" bracelet to try to have them match up as closely as possible.
