Current prices for replacement clochette, keys and lock?

I searched the forum and found a few old posts (http://forum.purseblog.com/hermes-shopping/replacing-clochette-275011.html and http://forum.purseblog.com/hermes/anyone-ever-ordered-a-clochette-replacement-240624.html) on ordering a replacement clochette, but does anyone have an idea of the *current* US prices for a new clochette, tirette, keys, and lock?

I ordered a Barenia clochette from Claude in H Madison Ave. last month and he told me it would be $200 and that it would take six weeks.
