hi....i'm intrigued by the cuffs...yep, I'm not a lucky one that has one of them...do they ever go on sale? how low do they go?

yes, they do go on sale......lowest we have really seen on the Celines/Ramones are 50% off....does NOT happen often AND some colors sell out quickly.

I ADORE my Ramones - have six and will get more. Wear one (if not two and sometimes three!) almost every day. I love the weight and feel...oh, and the look too!
