CSGM for spring summer?

I’m thinking about getting a CSGM or maybe a cashmere triangle for spring summer. Do you think the material will be too hot for summer? Also which size do you recommend?

I’m loving the rayures d’ete print

It depends on where you live. I live in Mid Atlantic (DC suburbs) and definitely won't use mine for summer even in the room with AC!

So cal, so it’s hot during the day and night time can get a little chilly. I wonder if mousseline would be better?

I will consider using it if the temperature is in the low 60's and the humidity is low. CSGM is not thick but a lot of material around the neck. To me it is a winter scarf. I like mousselin but have never owned one.

I spend quite a bit of time in LA/Santa Barbara and always travel with one of these! Great for the airplane and cool ocean breezes.

I wonder if I should get a triangle. I have a few CSGM but like @Catash mentioned it’s a lot of material.

I'm in a temperate region and yes can get away with it when it is cooler in summer. Plus the CSGM's are thinner now compared to previous years.

I drape across shoulders. Never wrapped around the neck.

That's a great idea! I've been meaning to try one myself but Sweet Dreams never arrived on the US site and none of the other recent designs have wow-ed me...

Yea the triangle designs are kind of meh…at least when I last checked.
