CS and store appointments in Germany

Appreciate some advice on this: I have a repair that is ready for pickup at Munich Oberpollinger and have booked a telephone appointment with them twice to arrange for the pickup and payment. They never call me back. CS say they will at some point…
Do you think I should just book an appointment for a store visit? I’d like to avoid going in and would prefer them shipping the bag to me

stores seem very busy at the moment- if you would like to receive your item back quickly, I suggest to make an appointment in the store.
I picked up a repair last year -shortly after lockdown- and wasn‘t able to reach anyone in the store (my SA wasn‘t working). I just went in one day and asked for my repair item (Berlin Kurfürstendamm). Annoying that you should wait for a call....
