Cromia leather bags? What do you think of this one?

Anyone have any experience with Cromia bags, specifically the one below or metalic leather ones? Just wondered what the quality is like and how well the metalic finish holds up (I know some metalic bags tend to show wear very quickly). I was offered a bag like the one in the link below (only it is a blue metalic color) in a trade on a different forum but know nothing about the brand, so thought I'd research it a bit first!

Thanks for any input

I had a friend of mine pick up a Cromia bag for me when she went to Italy a few years ago, and the bag was very substantial, in that the leather was heavier and the hardware was chunky. It did have some metallic on it, and even though I wore the bag for about a year and then sold it, I can honestly say that the metallic did not wear off as far as I can remember. I have seen a very few Cromia bags at TJM just recently, and they seemed to be of the same quality that I mentioned above. Good luck!

Thanks! Was your Cromia bag heavy? I've gotten so use to carrying LSS bags during the day when I have to tote kid stuff around, that when I use my leather bags (most recently Sak Silverlake Satchel) they seem so heavy!

ang79......I wouldn't say that it was overly heavy at all, but it was substantial. By that, I mean that it didn't hurt my arm or shoulder to carry it around all day. I'm trying to think up of a comparison for you, but the only thing I can come up with is that you have to picture a bag with a thick leather and great hardware as compared with a thinner light weight leather....like Tano crunch leather, for instance.
