Crinkle in Neonoe Epi Bottom - removable?

This is a tough one.
I wouldn’t try to fix it myself. I would reach out to an expert leather artisan, they usually have a metal spatula for their creaser devices. With that spatula they can practically iron out wrinkles from leather, for example when they turn the bag inside out and it gets wrinkled. Not sure if it works on thick, heavily coated leather like this Épi base, but they’ll know.
Asking Vuitton directly first might also be a good idea, their leather craftsmen also have this device and they use this technique, but I am not sure if this is an item on the service list. But worths a try.

Look at mine, anyone have an idea how to remove that dent??? I read about hairdryer to smooth crinkled leather, but not sure….
Any ideas would be much appreciated!

!!!So here‘s an update:
My SA saw the pictures and he would recommend to absolutely do nothing on it! It can‘t be removed in anyway and it would always come back in this spot when using the bag. Only thing would be to send to Paris for replacing the whole bottom. But he is honest to me: That would be around 250-450€ and there‘s no guarantee, crinkles can always happen again with usage…
So I will just keep, use and enjoy my bag

@DAMER This color is called „cipango“ and to me it‘s the most beautiful color LV did on the Neonoe. I really cannot understand why they discontinued it…
