Creasing in my caviar jumbo

Hi ladies,
I put my chanel in my carry on, there werent much stuff in it but the chanel was empty. After 12 hour flight, this happened :cry::cry::cry: i tried to 'massage' it but the crease wont go away. What should I do?

It doesn't look that bad. I would store it properly stuffed for some time and eventually it will get back to its original shape.

The crease at the bottom isn't bad at all, they almost all look like that very shortly. That is how the bag folds so it will always eventually crease along those lines so I wouldn't be too concerned unless you get creases somewhere other than the places it's supposed to fold. If it really bothers you, Chanel can fix it, but it will likely happen again even if they replace the inside structure just because that's where it is supposed to fold. But your bag looks great from here!!
