My nude patent pigalle 120s have formed a tiny crease on both shoes near the area where my big toe joint is. It's the part of the foot where bunions form, on that corner. It's the most apparent when I'm standing up, and the width of my foot seems to stretch the shoe and forms this horizontal crease.
