I have the exact same bag. It's brand new for 2006 fall collection. I luv it. Mine does not have that much sheen on. For the red one, I would prefer event solid red instead the distressed one.
I thought ivory and cream were the same...is there a difference? I prefer a white cream not a beige cream....I guess I'm going to have to wait untill it gets here to decide...but if it's beige cream....its going back...I might be the only one, but I like the ivory much better than the cream...
Ignore my previous reply to you... I understand what you were meaning now....I forgot I posted the 2nd photo....I like that one better too but with silver hardware. I wish I could get the ivory reissue in 226, but I guess they don't make it anymore?I might be the only one, but I like the ivory much better than the cream...
you should get the ivory with silver hardware. the gold looks nice, but like others said, it looks like something more for the older crowd.
The first bag looks a bit drab. I'm not too taken by it. Perhaps if it had gold hardware, it'll add some luxe to it. But I do love that dark beige classic caviar w/ gold hw you posted in the Chanel Shopping forum. Nice pics!
i love both, but i think the slight shiny-ness of the 1st bag makes it look younger, less "old-woman-ish". The silver hw looks better too!
I like the sheen on the first one. With that color however I prefer it in gold hardwares. Just my opinion
