Crazy for a 17 year old to own a Hermes Clic Clac?

I am 17 soon to be 18, and for my 18th I would love to have an orange Hermes clic clac. I have tried it on in the store but I am worried that I am too young to own a piece of jewelry like this.

Advice?

Why would it be crazy?`it's essentially a very very well made piece of costume jewelry which is worn by lots of people at any age. I think it will look great on anyone. =)

If you can afford it get it - I also agree to not let anyone borrow it or anyone random try it on... also I advise against wearing it if you go out drinking.

Wear it in good health!

Not at all, I got mine when I was 18 or 19 (mine is red enamel with silver hardware). It's a great bracelet if you're starting a collection of nicer jewelry, because it's fairly casual, and really fun in bright colors, but it's also a classic piece that you will keep for your whole life. This thread is reminding me, I haven't worn mine in a while, I should go pull it out and wear it!

I'm so pleased you're definitely getting it, I think it is a perfect piece of jewellery for an 18 year old. You're starting to define your individual look and style, this is the time when you start assembling your collection and investing in some classic statement pieces like a Clic Clac by Hermes is a great idea.

Don't rush the decision - make sure you get the one that suits you most. And definitely don't let any of your friends borrow it!

Enjoy your birthday!
