Cracks in St Louis PM after heavy usage

Hi all,

I've been using my Goyard St Louis PM regularly for the past few years. It's a really sturdy and lightweight bag so I'm not afraid to load it up. I carry my MacBook Air in it plus other things like my phone, wallet and more.
It was only today I noticed the cracks on the strap.

Can these be easily fixed? Anyone experienced this?

Hi! I was wondering if you have an update on this. Would Goyard fix it?

It's "only" an aesthetic problem. Both of my St Louis have this cracking issue and I keep using them regardless, would not bother flying to Paris to have it repaired for a fee.
