Cracked canvas Neonoe 2019

Hello,

I hope you are well.

I have a Neonoe monogram with red interior since 2019, and I noticed recently the canvas has cracked where the structure is going inwards(?).
The glue has cracked as well all over the bag.
Is that a known quality issue?
Are there replacements/repairs or even recalls, if anyone is aware?

I’m deeply heart broken, I plan on buying the leather version and nothing canvas ever again because of this. My speedy 30 Bandoulière of 2017 is in perfect condition.

I believe that was a known issue with this bag. Can you call your SA/take it in for inspection?

I plan on doing so after our vacation, I may text her in the meantime.

Do you know if they are exchanging/repairing? I still love this bag and would be happy if they gave me a new one or repaired.

I had mine in repair recently for the peeling glazing at the bottom. The canvas was ok. But yes the glazing part is a well known issue. I put in for the repair online and they wanted me to send it in for evaluation. I ended up taking it in because I wanted them to take in my speedy with the peeling handles.

Thanks a lot, this sounds promising!
I guess if they offered me store credit I’d be better off getting the leather version right away than having the same issue in 3-4 years.

Yes thats true!
I have two Neonoes, one in Epi and one in the bicolor Empreinte, no issues at all. But I dont use them often as I rotate my bags (and I have a lot:lol:).
If you love the mono canvas, you could also go with the classic Noe, maybe the new Petit Noe? This should be similar in size. I think it is the better made bag construction wise. Good luck!

To be honest I was expecting wear and tear but not cracked canvas at this point. Or the glue failing and separating the bag, especially at the spot they are as it’s the most unused. I don’t even open it or close it much.
And to think today it costs 800€ more than what I paid for it it’s ridiculous if they haven’t fixed the issues.

It is my main bag, however previously the speedy was my main bag for like 3 years and it’s only slightly used. Friends that have the empreinte have no issues so I’m thinking of going there.
I don’t really like the Noe (which is weird 😂).
The on the go MM I have in empreinte is still in the same condition I bought it 3 years ago.
