Crack in my 4 month old mahina!!!

I bought preloved Mahina Solar, just found it actually has small crack on the glazing area. I love this bag because the leather is very soft and it is very comfy on my shoulder but this is just a bummer, it is hard to believe that they cannot replace the new one, I don't believe this is new to them, it is really just heart breaking, what is going on with LV's quality control? Please keep post to us, I would like to know if it is repairable or not too. It is truly a great leather bag.

I agree! What's with the quality lately? Especially for Mahina, so smooshy, crazy that it cracked. So this last Thursday was week 3, and I haven't heard anything. I live about an hour away from my store, but I'm going to be nearby tomorrow, so I'm going to call in the morning. Hopefully they tell me they gave up on my bag and are giving me credit... then I'll swing by and go on a small little LV spree
