I just purchased the cousin PM in black in Paris. It was advertised heavily as well as the capucine so I think still very on trend. For those who own, how has the wear been? My SA told me it’s coated to protect so durable.

I have a navy coussin. I am pretty hard on my bags and the leather still looks great after regular use. Even though it's a smoother type leather, I find it to be more durable than expected!

I love the Coussin PM. I took mine when I travelled to London. Yes, I knew that the weather was unpredictable but I did not want to have to buy a bag just to use one time. Anyway, I had an umbrella but my bag still got wet because of the direction of the wind. It rained for about 3 days in the 2 weeks we were there. It was not light rain either. We walked a lot. Somehow, I was not worried. I just wiped it when we got back to the hotel. It’s like nothing happened to it. For me, it’s an amazing bag and great quality. When we got home, I applied leather conditioner to maintain it since it had so much rain exposure.

Yeah! Good to hear! I think it’s one of the nicest and most practical bags LV has right now. My SA told me his mom also has one and uses it daily and it’s still prestine. I’ll keep you posted on how it wears but I plan to use it daily as an every day bag (despite the cost 😬).

I had a lot in it and did not even think about weight until now that you've asked me :smile: So, I guess it was not heavy. The thick straps also make a huge difference. It was really full and definitely not my normal day to day load, lol. I even put my sunglasses with a case in it. Of course, this all depends from one person to another.

I’m always hyping this bag. I don’t think it’s heavy at all mostly due to the compact size and wide strap. I take the chain off because that is heavy. I have used the chain alone if going out for dinner or something. I use the thick straps on my bags whenever possible. I’m pretty much strictly Xbody, and they make a significant difference in comfort.

It’s a beautiful bag but I have to be honest I returned the pm size (I have a bb size as well). While the pm is a better fit for daily wear, it really looked quite bulky on me and I did not like the way it looked on me. I agree the chain is heavy but it is gorgeous. Leather is really nice.

I love this bag!! I have the crème version (got in 2021 so before they re-did the leather tab part that stuck out) and it really still does look so good. Some corner wear of course but I’m pretty amazed at how well the light colored lambskin has held up. With black I think you’ll have no problem using it as a near daily bag 😊
