As that is not a current model, the dial color may have changed a bit over time, depending on how much it was worn and how much exposure it got to sunlight/UV rays etc over many years. In addition, even among batches of white dials or off-white dials there can be variations in color. So I wouldn't base it's authenticity on its dial color. Older Cartier watches often had dials that just said Swiss, its the more modern Cartier watches that say Swiss Made on the dial. All I can say is do some internet research to see if you can find other watches from reputable vintage watch sellers that look like your watch. You can't really bring it to one of their boutiques to get it authenticated, because most sales associates haven't been their long enough to know the older vintage pieces. You could always pay for Cartier to service it, and then you would know for sure, as they will not service fakes. Or if you are really concerned it's not authentic, return it to the reseller you where you purchased it. Wishing you lots of luck...I think the bracelet is really beautiful, so I hope it's real!
