I understand they are oh so exclusive. I know women have been on waiting lists for years just to recieve one, but is there any way i could get an authentic one used for less?
I though about buying a replica, but it's bad quality, it rips off the designer, and there is honestly no point unless the only reason to buy the bag is to be a snob about it..



Does anyone know where i can get a hermes bag (used if need be) for a managable price? Can anyone direct me where to look?

PS: What's you favorite design of hermes bag/your hermes bag? I'd like to see more of the different styles

Buying from eBay can be more expensive. If you don't want to wait, you may have to pay more for a used or new bag (from reseller). Since most Hermes stores don't have stock of the bag, the price for it from reseller is higher.

You will find lots of beautiful, different Hermès bags in any Hermès store, any time, they always carry a good stock of many styles - who told you that you need to be on a waiting list for years?!? That's a total myth. Might be true for Birkins perhaps, which is just one style among many others.
Also look around on the 'reputable sellers' list, there are fantastic pre-owned deals (but always authenticate here first!) Good luck! :smile1:

As for the PS question: My favourites are the Lindy, the Trim II, the Yeoh, the new Trompe d'Oeil Birkin - it's fun! (not too mad for the regular Birkins - I rather prefere HACs), the Kelly Sport, different Kellys, the Market, the Lorraine, and several more obscure, unknown styles which I don't even know the names of.
I own a Yeoh and a Trim II right now (and a Silkypop, does it 'count'? LOL) and something else & other on the way...

If you read through some of the threads here you will see that bags are not necessarily hard to come by and the information you seek has been circulated many times. You should familiarize yourself with the site. There is rarely a question asked that has not already been answered.

I am new for the forum and Hermes I found one exactly what I want except it is pre-owned what should I do I have never purchased a pre-owned before. What should I do to make sure it is authentic? How much over original price should one pay if in mint condition but still used? If I want a new one it needs to be special ordered as they are not producing the leather type I want.
