Could anyone authenticate this Kate Spade?

The pictures are a bit too fuzzy to tell (such as the inside tag). I'd also need to see the hardware in order to tell. On another note, these have been on clearance at the Kate Spade outlet by me (and I *think* at similar prices). I'm not sure if they ship to Canada or not, but it might be worth giving them a call. That would certainly guarantee authenticity. The one by me is in Leesburg, but I know there are several throughout the US. Good luck.
