Cost of repairing studs on mulberries

hiya - quickie question. Has anyone ever returned a mulberry to repairs to get a stud fixed (i.e. like the ones on the blenheims/roxy etc). I know mulberry do charge in some circumstances so any ideas of usual cost??

i had a phoebe fixed when purchasing it f.o.c the stud was missing.have you got the receipt for the bag is the bag less than 12 months old? i'm imagining the studs come under guarentee ( at a guess) x
