I have a Anais wallet where the glazing on the side is starting to crack open. Does someone knows if LV can fix these kinds of issues and if so how much would it cost me? Also, my gold snap button is starting to show signs of discoloration, i would like to get it replaced as well. Can anyone provide an estimate of how much both the button and reglazing would cost me?

A few years back I had my Brazza wallet reglazed (due to cracking) and got a stitch replaced. I believe it cost me $200/$250 plus tax and it took about 4 weeks.
I’ve never paid for wallet glazing. They always did that service complimentary for me. They sent it off and said I’d be notified of the estimate, then no one calls until it’s ready. Once I went to collect it they would say no charge for whatever reason.
I was quoted $240-$300 for reglazing and any other repair for my first ever LV wallet. 6-8 weeks. Waiting.
I had my zippy wallet reglazed last year and the estimate price was Euros 100. When I went to pick it up (gorgeous job) they told me it was free of charge. It depends a lot on the Repaiir Manager or the SA you’re dealing with. My advice is to try in different stores.
So just to update, i brought in my wallet today They quoted me 150$ cad for reglazing the entire wallet and 76$ cad for replacing the gold button. With taxes, comes out to around 259$ cad. I can't believe i accepted. Fingers crossed, it'll actually cost me less when i go pick it up but most unlikely since this wallet is already 3-4 years old : ( Those of you who received the complimentary service must not have had the wallet for a long time.
I forgot to mention that my wallet was seven years old. LV reglazed the whole wallet and restitched a corner stitch that had popped. I haven't used that particular wallet since getting it reglazed because I have bought other smaller wallets, but I remember it looking brand new!
