  1. I made this the other day and it was really yummy!! It is perfect for a hot summer day or to bring on a picnic. It is a bit on the fatty side I think because of the mayo and sour cream, but just a little bit tastes so good!

    2 Cucumbers
    1 tsp white distilled vinegar
    1 tsp salt.
    1/2 cup Mayonaise
    1/4 Cup Sour Cream
    1-2 Tbsp Fresh Dill diced

Peel Cucumbers and slice to desired thickness. Put them in a glass bowl and sprinkle them with the vinegar and salt. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes.

After 30 mins, drain liquid and stir in Mayo, Sour Cream and Dill. Mix up and refrigerate until ready to serve. **You can add more dill if you like. I personally add a lot more since I love the flavor**

Hope some of you are able to make it and like it! Enjoy!:supacool:

  3. Thanks for the info/recipe.
    My hubby LOVES cucumbers.
I'm going try this out on our friends this weekend and serve it at our BBQ.
  4. Yum I am a cucumber fanatic. I'll have give this one a try.
  5. YUMMMMM! I can't wait for my parent's cucumbers to get ripe. They planted three rows of cucumbers this year. I will surely try this.
  6. Def. gonna try it!
  7. Yummy. I love that, too. But I do it without the Mayo and take 1% yoghurt instead and ad a little bit of garlic.
Tip: Don't take the plastic, put it in a glass bowl and then squeeze with your hands. The hands look like babyskin after it.

  8. It sounds so good.
  9. I make something really similar to this but I add radishes and red apples to the cucumbers.
