I looove gingerbread and pumpkin bread (so bad, I know), so I stock up during the holidays. I forget what brand I got yesterday, but on the back of both there was a separate recipie for cookies! I made the gingerbread cookies last night. It just had different ingriendients to add ... I think it was just water and butter. I rolled them in sugar and baked them up and they were SO GOOD! Quite yummy ... I'll have to make the pumpkin ones next weekend and see how they turn out.
