Conspicious listings

Always been a Mulberry fan and I check eBay listings on a regular basis to see if something catches my attention.
There have been at least 2 and at this moment 1 listing for Mulberry bags that are located in the USA (Miami, Detroit), but where the seller is based in Bulgaria.
This are the listings:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mulberry-Br...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

http://www.ebay.com/itm/271648623863?_trksid=p2060778.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

http://www.ebay.com/itm/161469717583?_trksid=p2060778.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

The seller uses girls names as eBay ID: mia robinson, alexis spencer, isabella ford
and in each case is an eBay member since end of September or beginning of October 2014. The bags that are being sold are located in the USA (Miami, Florida). Member is based in Bulgaria.
Has changed eBay identity. Never sold an item before, but has 7 or 8 private feedback scores for buying items. In the ads the same text or spelling mistakes are made.

When asked for shipping quote to the Netherlands, I get the same reply: “Yes can ship for $8,25.” Does not react when asked for extra pictures.

Am I being paranoid here or is something strange going on?

Definitely odd. If there aren't enough pictures to get it authenticated, and the seller ignores you about it, you ought to just keep it moving. The bags could be fake, stolen, nonexistent. Who knows?

This seller appears to be buying feedback. At least two of the items she bought recently were for only 16 cents each.

Those are all the same person or group of people working together.

If you look at their feedback for the purchases they've made, all are cheap items (penny-type auctions) bought as feedback builders. Some of the purchases are made from the same sellers.

The buyers won't get the items they're selling.
