I really like both rings!!! I have the same setting from TCo and I really love it. Its so modern and simple, I just can't get enough of it. Personally, I find it hard to find what is the best diamond size. Sometimes bigger seems better, and sometimes smaller stoned pieces seem better.

TBH I think it is lovely and 0.43ct isn't "too small" in my book. I think it looks stunning on you, and if you love it, go for it. I love that smaller diamonds can make you feel dressed up and elegant without costing you a second mortgage (haha).

If you are worried about it, you can always delay your purchase until you find something that is 100% perfect for you. Although after you have purchased there is no going back (in Australia they don't do returns unless there is a fault, maybe your country the policies are different). It might be a good idea to wait a week or two, try on loads of different rings and see how you feel about it? Find out the price of the ring with a larger stone that you really like and see if you are comfortable spending that much, and if you are willing to save for it? I do that all the time, find out the cost of the piece I adore, and see if I am willing to wait and save, or if I feel comfortable spending that amount.

:)
Good luck! Its a lovely decision to have :)

I love the 0.50 on you. Do you have a pic of the 0.43? Can you go down on the clarity and color and get a bigger stone? I own a Tiffany e ring and I love it.

No i will go again to take the pic ! I forgot!!!!!
What size u have ?? Is it ok to post pic and specs ?? [emoji5][emoji5][emoji5][emoji5][emoji5]

OP, I also have the same style of e-ring as JessicaRabit1. I love it! My ring is 0.79ct color F clarity VVS2. It is so white and fiery. I think that more than makes up for the size, and the knife edge and setting is just fabulous IMO. Also, you can't beat Tiffany's customer service for after care of your ring with cleanings and polishing and repairs. Just to let you know, though, princess cuts will face up smaller than round brilliant cuts.

But I agree with what everyone said on this thread that you should definitely try on as many rings as possible to get a good idea of what you want. You want to buy what you can afford but you don't want to settle either.

Enjoy trying on rings and good luck with whatever you choose!

I highly recommend Tiffany ring. And another approach is that, to choose Soleste style or Legacy ring which the center stone is surrounding by strings of diamond, thus making center center stone bigger. Mine is 2.11 ct Soleste ring, surrounding by 48 smaller diamonds , total 0.42ct.View attachment 3439593
