Confused- chevre at Barneys?

Hello! Was checking aound for city bags when I found that Barneys lists their black city RH as being goatskin (chevre). I am confused- didn't agneau replace chevre a couple of years ago? Thanks :smile:

Yes, they did replace chevre with agneau in the main line...but I think Hamilton leather is chevre and sometimes special editions are chevre. I just have oldies, so I'm not up on the latest. But someone will chime in soon. CeeJay?

Like Maxxout said, the Hamilton bags are chevre but they were Holiday Collection bags so I doubt you'd still be able to find one at a store though you never know.

The Metal Edge bags are also chevre, maybe that was the bag you saw?


Just checked their website and all their RH classic bags are listed as agneau. Only the Metal Edge bags are listed as goatskin:

Unless someone returned a 2013 or 2014 Holiday Hamilton (which I kind of doubt BNY would accept at this point), it would have to be the Metal Trim Chevre.
