Confused... Between Mini & Baby Flap???

Hi guys...

I am new to this thread, normally I am at the LV thread...

I have quite a collection of LV bags now and I think it's time to get at least 1 Chanel bag...

I have decided to get the square black Mini flap in lambskin SHW but when I called my SA in Sydney they told me that the square one is called the Baby flap because the Mini is more of a baguette rectangular shape...

Can someone here please help me???

might be just a diff in terminologies depending on country... did she mention the dimensions on the supposedly mini baguette-shaped? it might me the "new" mini or "mini mini" we refer to here.

So you think the caviar is more durable than the lambskin??? In that case I might as well get the cavier as it will last longer in the long run...

hmm... it depends on the color you're getting. some color shows up better in lambskin. but if you're getting black, then both lambskin and caviar are pretty!!

about the mini and baby... you can refer to the post i made in the Mini thread. HTH!!!

Try on bags in the Boutique... and pick what you feel in love the most.
I think Mini Flap will suit you well
Many ladies on Mini thread bought LV zippy coin purse for their Mini Flap.

these are some of the answer i got when i ask for help...
Nighteyes = Personally I would go for gold with lambskin for evening, and silver with caviar for a more casual look.
Djrr = GHW definitely!!!! Classic Black Lamb/Caviar Flap + GHW It's the ultimate Chanel combo
Pursenality = gold Mai, gold! besides color pref, i think gold will make the mini less cutesy, more mature, ageless!
Crisn = silver!! modern..and young!

I am definitely getting the SHW because I have too many GHW with my LV bags and I wanted a classic black with SHW.... And as crisn said I want to look modern and young hehehe lol...

I have minis in both gold and silver and they're equally beautiful..... :drool: Not of much help eh? Hehe. I usually take my gold baby out for dressier events and the silver one for more casual outings!
