hmmmmm....xquisite, not bieng bias cos i live in Sydney and all, but the birthplace of Ausralia is here and its the most populated city, i personally think Sydney is a better city than Melbourne becuase i feel it has more shops (maybe cos i dont know Melbourne enough as i have only been once) it also depends on the property, dont sell a gorgous Melbourne city apartment for a townhouse in Sydney, as that will retain its value much more but there are alot of factors to concider
