Concerned about new bbag

When I sell on ebay, I am always very specific about any flaws and if there are any, I tell about them, AND i take close-up pics of the scratch, or flaw. I am SO careful about being honest because it is the right thing to do. I would want a refund too if the bag was not as described. Is there a refund policy from this seller?

The good news is the seller is fine to refund the bag I am so relieved! There were no questions asked either she accepted it right away. The seller wants the bag sent first and then she will refund me, is that the way it's supposed to go? I've never been in this situation before so I'm not sure.

Yes, the buyer returns the bag and then the seller refunds the money.
