Comparation pics 09 officier & 08 midnight

I took some comparation pics and I was surprised how similar they are in natural light

See the difference in hardware, 09 is more dark and less yellow.

The colors look much more different with flash.

Oh WOW! They are quite similar. I had Marine GGH 08 Clutch & loved the squishy leather. From your pictures, Officier seems the smoother variety. Which leather do you prefer?

Very close in color. BTW, I love comparison threads - they are so helpful to all of us. I was thinking about ordering an 09 officier midday, but I have two 09 marine middays (different colored hardware), and I think that the 09 officier midday would just be way too close in color. Thanks for helping me make that decision!

In this case, between these two bags I prefer the leather of the 08 marine city.

I think you wanted to say that you already have two 08 marine middays. I would not buy 09 officier because I think is too similar.

Oh Lasmico, you're killing me with those bags! The Officier definitely has more purple in it but it is amazing how similar they look in natural light? Marine all the way for me, i think it's a great colour! Thanks for posting!
