Hi,

I would like to know how does commission work in the H world if your SA were to transfer item (non BKC or any bag) from another store in US and France? Does your SA or store the get the credit for the purchase? Or is she/he more a doing you a favor to transfer the item over, but it is actually the store where the item was transferred from that got the credit for the sale?

How about the franchise store? My understanding is that what franchise stores ordered, they will be stuck with the unsold inventories. Unlike the boutiques owned by H, unsold items can still be returned the headquarter. So, if is an item that the franchise store didn't ordered in its buy and had to requested from another store, does the franchise store still get the credit (or any benefit) from the sale? Or it is more doing the client a favor and the franchise store doesn't get any benefit from the transaction?

The reason why I'm asking is, I have SAs in both franchise and boutique store, but the franchise has always been my favorite store. I always ask the franchise store before checking with other stores. Fortunately, the franchise store is always willing to help me locate the item if it was not something ordered in its buy. But the boutiques seem to be less willing to transfer item. So, it makes me wonder, does the SA or store benefit when requesting transfer of item from another store?
The reason why I'm asking is because I don't want to create extra work for my SA if the store doesn’t benefit from the item transfer. I could always check with other SAs I know before asking for the transfer from the franchise store.

Pls let me know anything you know about the process.

TIA.
