Comfiest everyday shoes?

I’m looking for a pair of new everyday shoes.

I normally wear sneakers, but I’d like a pair that looks more «formal» and suitable for work.
No heels and no ballerinas as I do a lot of walking during the day and it often rains

What’s your most comfortable designer shoes?

I work in on office that is supposed to be dress casual but sometimes people wear shoes that look like tennis shoes. Any recommendations for a good comfortable brand (for men)? I usually just get whatever I can find in a mall or regular shoe store. Am willing to pay a bit more for something that I will wear 40 hours a week.

DH has been wearing grey Tom Ford suede “sneakers” to the office sometimes.

I like Aquatalia loafers, though mine are heels. They have quite a few flat styles though. And I'm pretty sure all their styles are weatherproofed.
