Hi Mulberry lovers.

Does anyone have both a Rosewater item and a Maple coloured item they can show me a side by side? And in different lights (I’m asking for too much, aren’t I?!)? They look so similar, but suspect Rosewater will have more pink undertones. I appreciate Rosewater is a discontinued colour.

Bonus points if you have a Dark Blush item for comparison!! 🤩

Hi, I have seen both colours in real life side by side. Long story, but back in January I was tempted to purchase a maple mini zipped Bayswater in the sale as the boutique close to where I live was able to source one for me. When I went to pick it up I brought with me my rosewater mini zipped Bayswater just to make sure there wouldn't be too much of a duplication but the two colours - maple and rosewater - were practically identical to my eyes. The only difference was that one was in the silky calf (maple) and my rosewater bag is in the small classic grain so the two different textures offered some contrast but very little and not enough to warrant me purchasing the maple. I find on camera the maple looks more taupe on the Mulberry site but in person it definitely leans more pink, and is in fact the same colour as rosewater - I couldn't tell the difference. Dark blush is much warmer and darker than rosewater - very beautiful colour.

Hi Navajo. Ooh this is really helpful, thank you. I was debating whether to get a secondhand rosewater or a new maple. The rosewater is being sold for £245 which seems a lot considering it was £280 RRP when last sold. Feel like I may as well pay full price for new direct from Mulbs.
